Local-first by design. Almost everything you do in this planner — vendor selections, music picks, florals, budget, journal entries, checklist progress — stays in your browser's local storage on this device. None of that data is transmitted to our servers, analyzed for marketing, or shared with third parties.
The narrow exception is your guest RSVP page. If you choose to generate one, your couple names and menu choices are sent to rsvp.wldhorse.com so we can render the page your guests will see. Guest responses (their name, RSVP status, meal choice, plus-one info) are stored on that same server so you can review them. Nothing else from your planning leaves your device.
90-day recovery window. If you regenerate or delete an RSVP, we retain the prior version for 90 days so staff can help you recover it if needed. After 90 days the record is permanently and automatically deleted.
No analytics, no tracking, no ads. We don't use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising cookies, or any other tracking technology. We don't sell, share, or aggregate your planning information for any purpose beyond running this tool for you.
Your control. Use "Wipe all data" on the results page to clear everything stored on this device at any time. To request immediate deletion of any server-side RSVP data, contact the venue at (520) 744-1012 or oasis@wldhorse.com.
