What We Brought
About This Event
The Tucson Bridal Expo is a large regional bridal show organized by the Arizona Daily Star. Wild Horse Ranch came with a booth to meet couples, answer questions, and share what a wedding at the ranch looks like. Couldn’t make it? Come see the real thing — book a private tour anytime.
Bridal Fairs and Expos
Wild Horse Ranch shows up for engaged couples two different ways — and both are a chance to meet us before you ever sign anything.
We Host
On-Site Showcases
Open houses at the ranch. You walk the actual 20-acre property — the ceremony garden, the dining hall, the dance hall, the patios — set for a real celebration, with local vendors in the spaces where they’d work on your day.
We Exhibit
Regional Bridal Expos
We bring a booth to bigger Tucson bridal shows, like the Tucson Bridal Expo at the Convention Center. It’s an easy, no-pressure way to meet our team, ask questions, and see if the ranch feels like your kind of place.
What a Ranch Showcase Feels Like
Our on-site showcase is not a convention-center expo with folding tables and fluorescent lights. Every vendor sets up in the real space where they would work on your wedding day. The florist displays in the ceremony garden. The DJ plays in the dance hall. The caterer serves in the dining hall. You walk through the property and experience it as a guest would — food, drinks, music, and atmosphere included.
The ranch runs from daylight through golden hour into evening, so you see every phase your wedding night would unfold, on twenty acres of Sonoran Desert with the Tucson Mountains as the backdrop. Past showcases have featured tastings from the in-house kitchen, happy hour drinks at the bar, live music, and face-to-face meetings with florists, photographers, DJs, bakers, and more.
