Who We Are

This site is run by the Oasis at Wild Horse Ranch, a wedding and event venue at 6801 N. Camino Verde, Tucson, AZ 85743.

What Happens Automatically (just by visiting)

Our host, GoDaddy, keeps standard server logs — things like your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. The only cookies the site uses are the essential ones that keep it and our forms working.

Privacy-friendly analytics. We use a cookieless analytics tool (Umami) to see which pages are popular and how the site is performing. It sets no cookies, does not track you across other websites, does not store your full IP address, and never builds a profile of you — we only ever see anonymous, aggregate counts and trends, never individual visitors.

On our links page (wldhorse.com/socials), tapping a social link records an anonymized click — we drop part of the IP, so it’s a count, not a person — just so we can see which links are useful. You still go straight to the destination.

What You Can Opt Into (by taking an action)

Submitting a form. We collect what you enter — name, email, phone, event date, and details — and use it to reply, schedule tours, and help plan your event. Our forms and booking calendar run on LeadConnector (HighLevel), which handles that information on our behalf.

Providing your phone number (SMS). If you give us your number, you agree we can text you about your inquiry, including an automated confirmation. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Playing a video. If you press play on an embedded video, YouTube may set cookies.

Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your Rights

We don't sell your information. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you at any time — just contact us. We keep it only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and meet our legal obligations. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA.
